Soulful Sunday Reflections

STEP 1
Sundays are an invitation to slow down, soften and reflect back on the week.
Take some quiet time for yourself and think back on the things that went well for you…
Start writing them down, beginning with ‘I'm so grateful that…’
(E.g. the sun was out, my meal was delicious, someone helped me...)
Include everything that felt nourishing, expansive or satisfying.
Offer gratitude for those moments - even the small, ordinary ones.
STEP 2
Now turn toward the things that didn’t go as planned, were upsetting or
disappointing…
Forsaking all criticism of yourself, others or the situation, ask: What was this trying to teach me? What did it reveal about me, my needs, my boundaries or my patterns?
See the reasons behind these manifestations and express gratitude for the lessons - especially the really uncomfortable ones.
They are often our most honest teachers.
When you understand that your week happened exactly the way your soul needed it to - complete this sentence as many times as you like:
“This happened because I had to learn…”
(E.g.boundaries, to be honest with myself, to say ‘no’, to listen to my intuition etc…)
Let the story shift from something that happened to you into something that shaped you.
STEP 3
Take a moment to notice how your body feels after this reflection.
No need to think or change anything - just observe.
STEP 4
Close your reflection by thanking yourself - for showing up, for noticing, for learning and for continuing on your path of evolution.
